This is the actual platform — not a design prototype. Every screen you see is live today.
Every driver in one view — CDL class, pay model (flat, CPM, or % gross), active/inactive status, and live compliance health. Add owner-operators with their own insurance and CVOR.
Example: 856 loaded miles at $0.58/mi = $496.48 mileage pay, plus a line-haul component for a gross of $897.88. After a $50 ELD deduction and $345 per diem, the driver's net settlement is $1,192.88 — calculated and printable in one click.
Run your first settlement →Example Q2 report: 18,420 total miles across Ontario, New York, and Michigan. Ontario earns a $42.10 fuel tax credit. New York owes $85.20, Michigan owes $31.40 — net $55.90 owed for the quarter, ready to print and file directly with your IFTA authority.

Yes — FreightLeads Pro is the only TMS that handles both. Asset loads get the full carrier workflow (driver assignment, Fleet section, settlements, POD portal). Brokered loads get carrier info, rate confirmation, margin tracking. Both in the same dispatch board.
No. ELD integration is optional. Without it you still get full fleet management, driver settlements, compliance tracking, IFTA (with manual mileage entry), and all other features. ELD unlocks HOS on dispatch, live fleet map, and safety scores.
You enter jurisdiction miles manually on the Mileage tab, or we use OpenRouteService routing to estimate jurisdiction miles from your load stops. Fuel purchases are always manual entry. The calculator and report work the same either way.
The driver POD portal is a web link — it works on any phone with a browser. No app install, no account. If the driver has zero phone access, the dispatcher can record delivery events manually from the dispatch page.
Yes — the full dispatcher interface is available in English and French. The driver POD portal is in English. Driver profiles support both Canadian Class 1/2/3 and US CDL A/B/C licence systems detected automatically from your account's currency setting.
Yes. Owner-operators have their own driver profiles with pay type set to percentage of gross or flat per load. Their settlements calculate correctly and print as remittance statements they keep for 1099/T4A. Insurance expiry fields track their cargo and liability.
