By creating an account or using FreightLeads Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
FreightLeads Pro is a B2B SaaS platform for freight brokers and logistics professionals. The platform includes: • Lead intelligence and contact data powered by Apollo.io • AI-powered lead suggestions and email drafting (Anthropic) • Pipeline CRM and company/contact management • Dispatch and Transportation Management System (TMS): load creation, status tracking, rate confirmations, and proof-of-delivery management • Carrier management: compliance tracking, FMCSA authority verification, insurance expiry monitoring, and carrier onboarding • Invoicing and accounts receivable: invoice creation, factoring integration, and payment tracking • Carrier payables management • Team collaboration: role-based access control, workspace management, and audit logging • Document storage: load attachments, customer documents, and branded PDFs • Rate Request Inbox: AI-powered email parser that classifies and extracts structured freight data from emails you forward to your unique BCC address (Pro and Team plans only) • PO / BOL Import: AI-powered extraction of shipment data from customer purchase orders and bills of lading uploaded as PDF files • Carrier TMS: driver management, equipment tracking, driver settlements, IFTA reporting, and mobile proof-of-delivery portal for asset-based carriers We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
FreightLeads Pro is intended for use by businesses and individuals acting in a professional business capacity. By using the service, you represent that: • You are at least 18 years of age • You are using the service for legitimate business purposes • You will provide accurate account information and keep it up to date • You will maintain the security of your account credentials You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Each account operates within a workspace. The workspace owner (the account that created the workspace) is responsible for: • All actions taken by team members invited to the workspace • Ensuring that team members comply with these terms and all applicable laws • Managing team member access, including removing access when a team member leaves the organization • Any subscription fees, including fees for additional seats purchased Team members accept these terms individually when they create their accounts via invitation.
You may use FreightLeads Pro only for lawful B2B business development and freight operations purposes. You may not: • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam) in violation of CASL, CAN-SPAM, or any applicable anti-spam law • Use contact data obtained through the platform to harass, stalk, or threaten individuals • Scrape, copy, or systematically download data from the platform using automated means • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute contact data or any data obtained through the platform • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the platform's underlying code or infrastructure • Use the service in a way that violates the terms of service of our data providers, including Apollo.io • Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service • Impersonate another person or company • Forward or submit emails to the Rate Request Inbox that you are not the intended recipient of, or for which you do not have the right to process or share • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws in Canada, the United States, or your jurisdiction We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where confirmed, to suspend or terminate your account without refund.
FreightLeads Pro is offered on subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team) with monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect on existing subscriptions. Credits: Some features (such as contact reveals via the Lead Finder) consume credits from your account. Credits are allocated monthly according to your plan and do not carry over to the next billing period unless otherwise stated. One-time credit top-ups expire 30 days after purchase. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are forfeited upon account termination. Additional seats: Team plan accounts may purchase additional dispatcher/accountant seats on a monthly basis. Seat fees are charged immediately and renew monthly. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
New accounts may access the platform on a free trial plan with limited features and credits. Trial accounts are subject to these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial plan at any time. During beta periods, certain features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. Beta discount codes are issued at our discretion and may be revoked or modified at any time.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to FreightLeads Pro, including loads, invoices, customer records, carrier records, uploaded documents, and other operational data ("User Content"). You grant FreightLeads Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Our content: FreightLeads Pro and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and software are owned by FreightLeads Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform or content. AI-generated content: Content generated by AI features (lead suggestions, drafted emails, etc.) is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before use. AI-generated content does not carry any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
Contact data: B2B contact data provided through the platform is sourced from third-party providers and is intended solely for legitimate B2B outreach. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of contact data. Contact information may become outdated as individuals change roles or companies. You assume full responsibility for verifying contact information before use and for complying with all applicable laws governing business communications. Carrier compliance: FreightLeads Pro provides tools to help you track carrier compliance information including FMCSA authority status, insurance certificate expiry dates, and onboarding documents. This information is provided as a convenience only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of carrier compliance data. FMCSA data is retrieved from public government APIs and may not reflect real-time changes. You are solely responsible for independently verifying carrier suitability, authority, and insurance coverage before tendering any load. FreightLeads Pro is not liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from your reliance on carrier information displayed in the platform.
You may export your data from the platform at any time using the CSV export features available in the Dispatch, Invoices, and Payables sections. Upon request to [email protected], we will assist you in obtaining a copy of your data before account deletion. Upon account deletion or termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before closing your account.
We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, etc.), or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. In the event of a significant service discontinuation, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and facilitate data export.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, third-party service outages (including Supabase, Stripe, or Anthropic), or other events outside the affected party's reasonable control.
FreightLeads Pro is a software tool, not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or compliance consultant. Nothing in the platform — including margin calculations, rate suggestions, AI-generated content, carrier compliance indicators, or invoice data — constitutes financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make using the platform, and you should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
The PO / BOL Import feature uses AI to extract shipment data from PDF documents you upload. This extraction is approximate and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss fields that are present in the document. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted data before using it to create loads, issue rate confirmations, or take any other business action. FreightLeads Pro is not liable for any loss, error, or missed obligation arising from reliance on AI-extracted document data without independent verification.
FreightLeads Pro does not guarantee any specific level of uptime or service availability. We do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure events, or third-party service outages does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
FreightLeads Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: • The service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure • Contact data, carrier compliance data, or AI-generated content will be accurate or complete • The service will meet your specific business requirements
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreightLeads Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, stored content, or business opportunities • Damages arising from reliance on contact data, carrier data, AI-generated content, or AI-extracted document data • Damages arising from third-party service outages, failures, or actions (including Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, or Apollo.io) • Damages arising from service modifications, suspension, or discontinuation Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to FreightLeads Pro in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreightLeads Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Your use of the service in violation of these terms • Your use of contact data or carrier data in violation of applicable laws (including CASL, CAN-SPAM, or PIPEDA) • Any User Content you upload or create • Your team members' actions within your workspace • Any third-party claims arising from loads, invoices, or carrier arrangements managed through the platform
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Deletion takes effect immediately (subject to end-of-billing-period access) and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided. Upon termination for any reason, your license to use the service ends immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreightLeads Pro regarding your use of the service.
